REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All payments for AI services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable law.
  2. If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a review of your case within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
  3. For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
  4. Annual plans may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, minus a 10% administrative fee.
  5. Refunds, when granted, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
  6. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
  7. Custom development projects require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced.
  8. If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical limitations, a full refund will be provided.
  9. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for any partial month of service.
  10. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
  11. To cancel, please log into your account or contact our support team with your request.
  12. Refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges will be processed promptly upon verification.
  13. Promotional discounts or trial periods may have specific refund conditions; please refer to the offer details.
  14. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer need the service.
  15. In the event of service downtime exceeding 48 hours, you may request a credit for the affected period.
  16. All refund requests must be submitted via email with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number.
  17. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.
  18. Refunds for international transactions may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations and bank fees.
  19. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
  20. We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time; changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
