REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
- All payments for AI services are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy or required by applicable law.
- If you are unsatisfied with our service, you may request a review of your case within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.
- For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.
- Annual plans may be eligible for a partial refund if cancelled within the first 30 days, minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Refunds, when granted, will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine that the service was used in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Custom development projects require a 50% deposit upfront. This deposit is non-refundable after work has commenced.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to technical limitations, a full refund will be provided.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for any partial month of service.
- You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date to avoid future charges.
- To cancel, please log into your account or contact our support team with your request.
- Refunds for duplicate or erroneous charges will be processed promptly upon verification.
- Promotional discounts or trial periods may have specific refund conditions; please refer to the offer details.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply no longer need the service.
- In the event of service downtime exceeding 48 hours, you may request a credit for the affected period.
- All refund requests must be submitted via email with the subject line “Refund Request” and include your order number.
- We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 3 business days.
- Refunds for international transactions may be subject to currency exchange fluctuations and bank fees.
- This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky.
